DELIVERY POLICY

TA Vina Equipment Co., Ltd. provides delivery services to locations specified in the contracts signed between both parties nationwide, supported by our professional and reliable technical team.

• Shipping Charges:

Free delivery is available for orders with delivery locations within Ho Chi Minh City. Orders delivered to other provinces and cities will incur shipping charges depending on the delivery location. These charges will be negotiated and specified in the contract with the customer.

• Delivery Time:

+ For products in stock: delivery will be made within one (01) week after the contract is signed by both parties and TA Vina Equipment Co., Ltd. receives the first payment.
+ For products not in stock: the delivery time will be clearly specified in each individual contract.
