To receive full payment for the total order value, including applicable taxes, fees, and charges (if any).
TA Vina Equipment Co., Ltd. reserves the right to reclaim goods in the event that the Customer fails to fulfill payment obligations as agreed.

b. Obligations

To ensure lawful ownership of the goods supplied.
To deliver goods to the correct recipient together with all relevant documentation.
To deliver goods at the agreed time and location.
To provide warranty services for the goods.
