ZE 12 HMI TABLE-TOP EXTRUDER (5-18mm)

The ZE 12 translates laboratory results into stable continuous processes and is ideal for pilot batches, clinical productions or specialized food applications. Thanks to high process stability and excellent mixing performance, even complex or sensitive formulations can be produced reproducibly. Advanced options such as different cooling methods using water, air or liquid nitrogen allow precise adaptation to demanding processes. ZE 5-12  EXTRUDER HYBRID (5-12mm)

The Hybrid laboratory extruder combines two screw diameters in one device, thus enabling a direct transition between different process sizes without having to change machines. Within a few minutes, between 5 and 9, 5 and 12 or 9 and 12 millimeters can be converted. This seamlessly connects development and scale-up. The hybrid offers clear advantages, especially in pharmaceutical development with many trials with small quantities of material. These include minimal material consumption, high yield due to low residual quantities and reproducible scaling.
