ZD 22 FB

The ZD 22 FB twin-screw flat-bottom dosing unit with floor scraper and anti-slip protection is suitable for precise volumetric or gravimetric dosing of poorly flowing and non-free-flowing powder. Full stainless steel, ground and polished Ra 0.8/Ra 0.4 μm, radius 3 mm. The pharmaceutical version is available for all devices.

ZD 12/22 FB PHARMA

The ZD 12 FB or ZD 22 FB gravimetric flat-bottom dosing unit can be installed in a dust- and water-protected housing and is particularly suitable for dosing powders that flow freely to very poorly as lumpy, moist or bridging substances. The device is made entirely of stainless steel, ground and polished with surface roughness up to Ra 0.8/Ra 0.4 μm, radius 3 mm.

ZD 32 FB

The ZD 32 FB volumetric flat-bottom twin screw dosing unit with floor scraper is particularly suitable for dosing poorly flowing and free-flowing powder, which tends to clump or caking on the hopper wall or is strongly bridging. The floor scraper gently and completely discharges the bulk material.

ZD 22 B VOLUMETRIC

The ZD 22 B volumetric twin-screw dosing unit with discharge aid/bridge breaker, anti-intrusion protection and horizontal or vertical outlet pipe is particularly suitable for dosing shooting and non-free-flowing powder, granules and other bulk materials.

ED 65 T-QC VOLUMETRIC

The ED 65 T – QC volumetric and gravimetric single-screw quick-change feeders are very easy to disassemble and clean. Since the disassembly is carried out via quick-release fasteners, no tools are required. The dosing screws are secured by a bayonet lock located inside the screw, which can be dismantled and mounted by a simple 90° rotation. The ED 65 T – QC quick-change dosing units are particularly suitable for dosing well-flowing, free-flowing products such as powders, flakes, fibres, granules and agglomerates up to 5 mm particle size.

ZD 9 FB TWIN-SCREW DEVICE

ZD 80 TWIN-SCREW FEEDER

The ZD 80 FB twin screw feeder with floor scraper is suitable for processing various well- and poorly flowing bulk materials such as fine powders, powders and microgranules with a particle size of 0.02 to 1 mm. The device can be perfectly adapted to the respective process with various options.

ED 20/ ED 20 B VOLUMETRIC

ZD 5 FB i6000 DOSING SYSTEM

The ZD 5 FB i6000 dosing system with built-in WL260 SP-S AE load cells and WP 231 weighing electronics from Siemens is suitable for high-precision dosing tasks. This innovative all-in-one solution is easy to position thanks to optimized cable routing and low weight. Due to the low drop height, the dosing device is less susceptible to external disturbances such as draughts or vibrations, which makes the dosing device more reliable in the process. Due to the lower weight of the device, the resolution of the load cell is also much better. Optionally, this dosing system is designed in accordance with GMP, FDA and/or ATEX guidelines.

QUICK CHANGE DEVICES

The volumetric and gravimetric single or twin screw quick-change dosing units are very easy to disassemble and clean. Since the disassembly is carried out via quick-release fasteners, no tools are required. The dosing screws are secured by a bayonet lock located inside the screw. These can be dismantled and mounted by a simple 90° turn. The dosing funnel can also be removed and replaced with the product for even faster and contamination-free product changeovers.
The conical or trough-shaped hoppers are suitable for well-flowing, granular products.

ED 40 GRAVIMETRIC

The gravimetric single-screw dosing unit ED 40 without discharge aid/bridge breaker with horizontal or vertical outlet pipe is particularly suitable for dosing well-flowing, free-flowing products such as powders, flakes, fibres, granules and agglomerates up to 10 mm particle size. The outlet pipe and refill nozzle are equipped with bellows for dust-free dosing.

ED 12 VOLUMETRIC

The volumetric single-screw dosing unit ED 12 without bridge destroyer/bridge breaker, with contact protection and horizontal or vertical outlet pipe is particularly suitable for the fine dosing of small, easily free-flowing products such as powders, flakes, fibres, granules and agglomerates. The particle size of this small device is limited to 2 mm.

ZD 5 FB SMALLEST DOSING DEVICE IN THE WORLD

Probably the smallest flat-bottomed twin-screw dosing device in the world, it is particularly suitable for dosing poorly flowing and free-flowing powder, which tends to clump or caking on the hopper wall or is strongly bridging.
